NC, A competitive destination!

Northern Cape (NC) shows great potential for economic growth and investment opportunities.

Several locations are being developed to be catalysts for investment into the province. Between January 2011 and March 2016, a total of 486 FDI projects were recorded in the Northern Cape. These projects represent a total capital investment of R365.63-billion which is an average investment of R752.23m per project. 

Access to raw materials, cheap energy, and upgraded communications infrastructure – most of the conditions are already in place for competitive value-added processing in Northern Cape.
